# Problem loading IL2 Sturmovik

Ok, first thing I’m new to all of this, have never done a message board. Second I’m very computer illiterate, so be gentle with me. Here’s my problem.

I just recently bought IL2 ( I bought it online which perhaps was my first mistake)  
when I put in the disk to load it starts but after a few seconds I get a error code. Now the error code comes up in FRENCH, which I don’t speak by the way, but using google translate, it roughly comes out as this: “An error of I/O materielle was postponed when no access to a file named” After I close this window, the game seems to lock up and i need to Ctrl+Alt+Delete to get out of the games install screen.  
Any Ideas of what might be going on?
