# Problem with MSN Sign In

Trying to log onto MSN using a .Net account/password. When I hit the “Sign In” button, all I get is a blank screen. Any possible solutions?

[This discussion](http://www.vnunet.com/forums/thread.jsp?forum=16&thread=9054) suggests it could be something to do with anti-virus or Internet security software (Norton is mentioned specifically).
Perhaps it is worth disabling any software like that you have running and then re-testing?
If not, check that cookies are enabled on your machine.

If you’ve recently applied the hotfix from Microsoft Knowledge Base article 329802 then you may need to put on [this](http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;813951) patch.
