Yep, the CSMs would do it. “No Mid-Shoe Entry” would keep people from “Wonging-in” (entering a shoe when the count is positive named after the father of card counting Stanford Wong), but it wouldn’t combat someone who was there the whole time minimum betting. Only minimize their effectiveness.
