Climbers can forget what looking down looks like. You cannot forget what a prolapsed rectum looks like. I’ve seen it. I cannot unsee it. You are not a climber. You do not need to see this. ---

That prolapsed rectums exist is not in question. The OP is trying to find out whether or not a particular activity could be associated with an increased risk of developing one. ---
