I think Sauron has explained the secret of Trump in his OP. Trump does have psychic hair that gives him stock tips. It also clings to his head like a dingleberry on the butt of a Persian cat.

Well, it’s either psychic hair or an intelligent but desperately lonely squirrel.

My hair does the same thing. It will get unmanageable and I’ll decide to get a haircut the next day (if I’m to busy to do it that day). I’ll get up the next day and suddenly my hair is behaving itself so I’ll postpone the haircut. Of course the next day it will be back to its old tricks.
