Sandy, most of what you read here is just one person dumbly imitating another. They have invented a history and the slow witted have accepted it without question. The mere fact that they think you and I are the same person indicates the depth of the collective paranoia, and stupidity. The goal here, by some of the trolls, is too tell the lie often enough that it will be accepted as fact and to demonize anyone who agrees with me, on any point, That, of course, works with cowards, but is ineffective with people of character, which they seem not to have. I’ve noticed it has worked with one poster who used to post here. I thought he was cool, and funny. I guess everyone has to respond according to their level of integrity. Basically, what you see here you probably have seen in your High School and avoided it because you were too mature. It realy isn’t too important, or interesting, is it? John, I have no sympathy for you. Your constant attacks on believers of Judaism are offensive. Your frequent personal slams against women are offensive. Your claims that you want everyone to “get along” (followed by clear evidence that immigrants are bad blacks are only acceptable if they talk and act like middle-class white Americans Jews should stop trying to be “different” etc.) is offensive. Your many constant acts of hypocrisy are offensive: (You can hate Britons for acts that occurred years ago, but blacks in the U.S. should suck it up and not have any rancor for recent discrimination. You can make offensive remarks about people, but people who make similar remarks about you are to be censured. You can hijack discussion threads in order to insert hate-filled remarks, but you take offense when people hijack your ranting threads to poke fun at you.) Your frequent habit of mangling other people’s Sigs when you are mad at them is childish. Your frequent recourse to implying that other posters are gay or Jewish with the intention of being insulting is doubly offensive: it offends the board by relying on vicious stereotypes to convey your apparent disdain, and is insulting to people who are gay or Jewish who should not have their orientation or religion used as a (lame) insult. Your absolute inability to read for comprehension is aggravating, frustrating, (and in the context of a board dedicated to stamping out ignorance) offensive. This whole episode arose because you continued to insist–against the fact that _every single AOL/SDMB poster recognized you_– that you were someone other than who you are. That is called lying. You have even lied when confronted with your own words, denying that your plain English text means exactly what it says. While I refuse to let you deny that you are Cyberian54/Optamissed, I have not brought up your stints as BLUICOOL or other trolls. I have stated on several occasions that I do not seek your expulsion, but that lying is not acceptable. You have continued to lie. I’ve changed the title of this thread. Recent events have made us aware that we open ourselves to potential litigation if we permit users to make defamatory comments. Users are strongly advised to be careful what they say. General name calling is OK (or at least is not going to get you and us sued); a specific provable charge calling into question an identifiable individual’s morals, etc., is not. The following example is from Lynn Bodoni: “I want to tell [a certain individual] that he’s a complete fuckhead, and that he is consuming precious oxygen that could be better used to rust iron, and that the reason other people don’t like him is because he is a pimple on the ass of humanity, and that if he’d have the grace to die now the worldwide average human IQ would probably increase by five points.” This well-crafted example clearly conveys Ms. Bodoni’s views while not inviting a suit since it is not possible to prove in a court of law that someone is a pimple on the ass of humanity. Whereas if she’d said this individual screwed a sheep last Tuesday night at the Dairy Queen (a specific provable charge) we would potentially have a problem. Awareness of these simple legal principles will greatly enhance your enjoyment of the SDMB. Thank you for your cooperation. [Note: This message has been edited by Ed Zotti] ---

I have been accused of being so many other people that I have lost track. Bulicool, Sandycane, can anyone fill in the other ones besides Cyberian?, that if I answered that question there would be a host of other questions to follow. Please take note that those who are asking, no, demanding, I answer their questions are very secretive about who and what they are. Where is tom’s pic? Email not available. Who are these people to question anyone? I put my pic out there for all to see so how about these people do the same? Once answered, if you’re stupid enough, they would say you’re lying and you would be back to square one. By what authority, or right, do they question anyone about anything?
