No, I said “I skipped all the sentence fragments”. The remaining complete sentences I read - they just reflected a very poor understanding the US governmental structure and why it’s set up that way.

How can you determine a sentence fragment if you didn’t read the fragment ?

Unless you’re going to argue that the framers were time travelers from the future, & thus had more historical knowledge of a functional popular democracy than we have today, their ideas have to be taken as early hypotheses, & their framework as an early stage of experiment. We don’t have to keep a damn thing if we don’t want to.
