# Proposed constitutional amendment

I think that’s why the second half of the paragraph only talks about the “gov’t”. One would hate accidentally to cast the spell of _governmentus legitimatus_ by writing out the full word.

So a corporation can only act with constitutional protection if all its shareholders are present? When a newspaper is printed or a film made, every shareholder must be on hand?

I wish people would confirm what argument they’re responding to. I didn’t say anything about the rights of corporations generally. I said _the right to assemble_ can only apply when people are assembled.
