If I lie about it being my birthday, I will get (possibly) presents and/or a cake and/or a free dinner at Denny’s. _A woodstock guy who thinks about presents and cake and Dennys. As i’ve also said to **milroyj** , i’m perfectly willing to be convinced that it would, in fact, be illegal. But you need to offer some evidence. ---

You say a number of states have no fault laws, and therefore you don’t need a reason to get divorced, or even to tell the truth about why you are getting divorced. In essence, arguing the state is right in saying that it’s valid to have no reason to get divorced. In any other thread you would likely whine that the state is oppressing you because it doen’t allow gay marriage. You twist and contort and slither and slime… you bitch and moan and whine and complain… And still, after 10 hours… No one has told me why it’s OK to lie. ---
