"Provisional Ballots"???

CNN is now saying that the number of provisional ballots may be as few as 130,000, which would mean that Kerry could not win. But apparently, noone really knows until they have a chance to go through the records and find out. Everyone is just estimating, each side of course estimating the way that is best for themselves. But the Ohio Secretary of State, a Republican, did not dispute the 250,000 estimate that CNN put to him.

The absentee ballots will probably be mostly military, which pretty much everyone thinks will go for Bush.

Not according to my “student absentee ballot bubble” theory. There may be as many as a million students in Ohio alone voting via absentee ballot.

Possible. As long as they didn’t also register to vote in the state they are going to school in. Apparently they found a lot of them were registered to vote in 2 states. :eek: But we will see.
