# Proxy server needed

I need a proxy server. However, many of the lists on the internet contain numerous dead or unreliable addresses, and the one good one I found (the Codeen network) has the significant limitation of being unable to process forms. Does anyone have any suggestions of good proxy lists, or, better yet, one that they know to be reliable?
