# Psychiatric term for feeling "frazzled"?

Yesterday was “one of those days”. I had a million things to accomplish and most of them went wrong. And it was hot. By the end of the day I had that all too familiar feeling of being “frazzled”. And I thought how terrible it would be to feel that way all the time.

Is there a less colloquial way of describing that feeling? does it have a psychiatric word?
