If you’re really interested in non-genital stimulated orgasms, do some research with doctors and physical therapists involved with para- and quadraplegics. Some urologists with experience in severe genital injury may be able to attest to the brain’s ability to re-work the pleasure response. I’ve heard folks with no sensation below the waist can get off by having their heads touched, for example. I do have a (female) friend who can get off by having the fuzz on her upper back and nape touched gently and another (female) friend who can get off by nipple stimulation alone. ---
