I thought this nuts and outrageous, too, until I read this story that explained the history and what other governors have done.
I still find it nuts and outrageous. But if that’s the way they play the game in Wisconsin, the right has to learn that it can played against them. Maybe they’ll all get together to ban this nonsense in the future.
On the whole I’m happy that the absurdity of this kind of “Frankenstein” veto has been exposed in a fairly harmless way.
