I’m only an Assistant (to the) Minister, but I’m betting God wants your friend to toughen up and do things for himself, as opposed to using people and feeling sorry for himself. And he knows he can keep up this emotional hostage-taking to get you to do things for him. As long as you keep crawling back like a kicked puppy (also not God’s plan, I’d bet), he’ll have no motivation to get his life together. Ever heard of Tough Love? It’s what God practices (He doesn’t throw a magical mattress down when you slip and fall, does He?). ---

Wow. Just checked twitter, and this ministry I follow had posted, are you holding on because its worth it, or you dont want to feel you failed? and just because you miss someone doesnt mean you need them back. Well alright then. He Does need home aide help, but I have started that part time, and getting paid. He may decide to fire me, but thats ok. He kept telling me he was going to get me a loveseat. I found a cheap one. He says he doesnt have the money, even though he spent money on a tv series. Not to mention I had to put up with his verbal abuse cause hes sick and stressed! I must be color blind cause I missed so many red flags. Well, now I can be happy. Edited to add-his brother isnt talking to him right now because he treats him crappy too. ---

I am trying to find a new psychiatrist. This is difficult. I think my insurance company purposely makes it more difficult. The search tool to find supposedly in-network providers is terrible. It doesn’t consolidate entries that are the same provider at different locations. You have to go through the “More Filters” menu to filter out the people not taking new patients. (Why would I be searching for a doctor if not get a new one? I guess if you were switching insurance… but still!) You can’t choose to list by practice for some reason. And, on top of all that, you still have to check if they are in network because apparently the insurance company’s own website cannot be kept up-to-date on that sort of thing. It’s also slow and does not give you enough information on the search screen so you have to click each entry to see everything and, when you go back, you have to scroll down again. It is infuriating. I’m glad I’m not in crisis. ---

Then you won’t have to scroll, and you can flip windows/tabs to compare providers. ---
