Pulled pork

Pulled pork is a wonderfully forgiving piece of meat. It is pretty hard to screw up.
I freeze mine in vacuum sealed bags, then I can reheat in either boiling water, or the microwave.
Like pulykamell said, wait till you try it on a smoker.
