This certainly explains why the bullet holes were already in the wall before the “god-damned hand-cannon” is fired.

No idea. I just remember hearing someone going off the deep end about the phallic nature of technology in sci-fi. They used that as an example of how machines are all symbolicly about rape.

Mia was an experienced drug user so I doubt she knowingly took heroin after spending the evening on coke, isn’t that the way Jim Morrison died?
