The briefcase contained Marcellus’s sled, _Rosebud_.

The thing in the briefcase was a hypnosis ray, making people of intelligence and taste believe that they liked this flabby, overlong, boring, Travolta-ridden, not- possible-in-this-universe-but-not-magical- enough-to-be-magic ripoff piece o’crap.

Tee hee!

I heard QT is now working on a WWII movie. I also think it’s based on a novel, but I couldn’t tell you which.

Naw, _Quiz Show_ should have won Best Picture in 1994. Followed by Shawshank. (That year had the best Oscar field I can remember, as far as the Best Picture category goes.)

OK, maybe I heard wrong. Here’s an IMDb link to Tarantino’s next project:

Skagnetti also played a prominent role in ‘Natural Born Killers’ which , as you probably know, Tarantino wrote.

I think the glowing object in the briefcase is the ‘locnar’ from ‘Heavy Metal the Movie’.

I rented ‘Resevoir Dogs’ just because of the mention in here of ties to ‘Pulp Fiction’. I was blown away by it too.

WIGGUM, you mentioned the both Marvins, but also when Joe is talking to ‘Mr. White’ he asks about ‘Bama’ who was a character in 'True Romance’another Tarrantino film. It was funny seeing Chris Penn as ‘Nice Guy Eddie’ and in True Romance he was a cop that gets mowed down.

mattk, if that is true about Vic/Vince Vega being brothers, maybe that is where the cool dancing comes in, it is all in the family! I STILL have that song lodged firmly in my head, ‘clowns to the left of me, jokers to the right, here I am in stuck in the middle with you’ !!

I loved the conversations in both of those movies too, starting off the movie before the credits. 🆒

Quentin Tarantino is one sick fuck. And that’s all I have to say on the subject.

Since we’re already on this topic, I have a request. I want to find a sound file from the movie, specifically one of the bathroom scene in which Mrs. Mia Wallace (Uma) says “I said goddamn! Got-damn! Dayam!”

I can usually find what I want on the internet, but all of the sound file sites seem to have the same ones (among which exists not the aforementioned). Or Steppenwolf. I’m too lazy to record it off of the videotape. Anyone have a link?

I was once told it was Marcellus’ soul (Band-Aid on the back of the head. He sold it to the devil (666 to unlock it) in order to fix the big fight. Once Butch screwed up the whole plan, Marcellus had to get it back.

I just wonder how he planed on getting it back in his body. I mean, is it a liquid that he could just pour in? 😉

Doesn’t work. The timeline is wrong. He was trying to get the case before the fight.

Can’t be the diamonds from _Reservoir Dogs_, Mr. Pink gets caught at the end (not shot at), if you turn up the volume just before all hell breaks loose, you can hear him surrender.

What is it? It’s a McGuffin. Don’t know what that is? Ask Alfred Hitchcock.
