There was a kitty halftime show, but it wasn’t as good as the puppies.

The kitty half-time show was a yawn this year but the pups are great. I particularly like Madeline the beagle and Mac the German Shepherd.
The ref was pretty mean to wake up the cute pooch asleep with his head on the big fuzzy football. “Delay of play”? Ha. Didn’t interfere at all; the rest romped around just fine. Besides, he was so cute and funny.
Love the Bowl Cam as usual.

The parrot singing the National Anthem was impressive! Not good, mind you, but impressive! I wonder where they got the miniature Zamboni. And the reddish puppy with blue eyes that looked like a bear? I WANT THAT PUPPY!!!

My dog keeps running into the room where I’m watching the Puppy Bowl when he hears someone squeal- he cocks his head and looks intently at the TV. I think he’s cuter than the Puppybowl pups.

It was yesterday, I know, so I’m chiming in pretty late.
As always, the pug got me. What a tough little mug, swatting at the others to keep away from “his” water bowl. He was also champion at various tugs o’ war.

I sat and watched the puppy bowl for about 3 hours last night
I didn’t care if it was a rerun, I still loved it!
Second best Super Bowl tradition ever (only bested by the game itself)

Yep, that was the streaker. And as she was female, I assume the censor bar was simply part of the streaker joke.

I thought they were overwhelmed. There was so…much…crap! Several whirly fishing poles with puffy bits on the end! Curtains of shiny tinsel stuff! Spinning multicolored lights! Bouncy feathery things! And then they dumped buckets and buckets of confetti from above. I swear, the poor kitties were trying to hide anywhere they could under the multilevel platform.
