My dogs get green beans mixed in with their kibble twice a day. Way too often, I break into my (not quite up to snuff) C. Montgomery Burns and tell them, **Smithers, I’m really enjoying these GREENED BEANS**. ---

I chose green beans every day at the university cafeteria to try and stop the voice in my head that said “EAT YOUR GREEN BEANS”. Moms don’t have to be physically present, you know, to be effective. ---

It is the cheese. Whenever I eat the Tillamook Extra Sharp + pieces of a Fuji Apple as a snack before bedtime, my dreams end up being ultra-wack. ---

I have toured the Tillamook Cheese Factory (love the cheese, love touring factories) and on the same trip got to board the Spruce Goose at the Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum. But I really lucked out pulling down a dirt road next to a wind farm. Not only was I wonderfully close to one, but a technician happened to arrive and answered all my questions for about half an hour. It was like Wiki in 3D. 🙂 ---

Forgive my bringing this up one last time, but the best part of vacationing in Trinidad & Tobago? The soft drinks use REAL SUGAR instead of corn (shitty) syrup. The sugar is grown right there, anyway, and corn is 2000 miles away. YAY!! SUGAR, SUGAR, SUGAR, Oh, honey, honey. You are my… . ---

You’re harshing my buzz! When the gallon of milk gets down to about 2 inches in the bottle, Mrs. Burpo will not drink it, it is now “Bottom milk.” Similarly, the “heels” in a loaf of bread are now mine (fortunate, since I love the heel). If I’m getting out breakfast crockery and utensils, there is a particular spoon she has to have (I fixed her wagon: I put a ladle in the bowl, one day. A different day was a cheese grater.). Marriage is fun. Until the axe finds my noggin. ---
