Olive still doesn’t know about his power. That’s why he had to distract her by telling her to distract the medics while he went in and woke up the Colonel. She thinks Chuck faked her own death, not that Ned woke Chuck up.

Here’s my guess as to how the dad/Dwight thing will work out:

Ned wants to “right things”, so alone with the dad and Dwight he touches Dwight, waits a minute. Dad dies and Dwight returns to the living a better person and not wanting to “out” Chuck as he is Chuck-like now.

How could he have forgotten to bring a pie to the sisters? They come in a box you know.

Seriously. There are weeks when I can’t decide whether my favorite character is Lily or Vivian. Ellen Greene and Swoosie Kurtz should get their own show.
