You know how we are forever making to-do lists? Wouldn’t it be nice if we actually had a record of what we needed to do? All the other work related dreck is too boring to mention and involves finalizing grant applications, compiling expense reports and paying bills. Blech. ---

Finish painting the bathroom take the big dog to the vet file, file, file, dammit, I hate filing. plant the new plants in the back yard Install the garden edging get some bonsai pots and pot the trees trim the hedges in the front yard write a thank you note to the old neighbors make up lesson plans for this coming school year send letter of intent to school board check on daughter’s college application dust re-seal the decks paint the house clean out the attic take all that stuff to the Salvation Army make a dentist appointment take kids to doctor and other assorted bullsh\*t 🙂 ---

Geeze, I don’t normally have a to-do list…I usually keep it all in my skull. But off the top of my head… -Paint mom’s laundry room -Paint mom’s downstairs bathroom. -Reduce the tree I cut down today into smaller logs -Buy a keyboard. Learn it. -Mail in this month’s rent for the apartment I won’t be using until August. -Revise my law review article; reduce it by 60 pages. -Build a working replica of R2D2. -Pick up comic books on Wednesday. -Call Kim and ask her to dinner. -Do 50 situps and 50 pushups per day. -Recreate the Battle of Endor from _Return of the Jedi_ in Lego. -Read the novel **Quasimodem** sent me in the SDMB book swap. -Read Harry Turtledove’s _The Great War: Walk in Hell_. -Call an old friend and see _Undercover Brother_. -Fix the flat on my bike. ---

Not in order and mostly pretty boring: 1. Call local college and ask if fall schedules will ever be created so I can make my damn syllabi. 2. Put some negotiations updates in mailboxes. 3. Find out if academic senate meets in summer. 4. Send out email surveys to unit members. 5. Give purple satin pen to Betty the Purple Lady. 6. See Star Wars AOTC and get it over with. 7. Call Peggy to see what’s up. 8. Call Sarah, Paula, David and Lynn to arrange our semi-annual gathering some time after June 24. 9. Make calls to various colleges for info on binding arbitration and FTEs (I told you this would be boring. I’m boring myself.) 10. Work on updating aforementioned syllabi for Fall semester. 11. List trading cards for sale at half dot com. 12. Clear out boxes and envelopes from den to garage, then go through books to see which to keep and which to sell. 13. Find more interesting things to do than 1 through 12. 😃 ---
