We used to go bike riding in Shark Valley; a part of the Everglades. One of the rangers there told me they were positive there were at least two anacondas in the Glades. Compared to anacondas, pythons are just whimpy little house pets. ---

How in the heck could an alligator let itself get swallowed by a python? Maybe it was sick or injured or something. ---

Actually, snakes have problems with shoulderssdo most folks are safe, it’s odd but true. I’d support a J. Lo eating snake, though. Saddly, snakes are shy and eat mostly rodents. The one in the link was used to killing mammals, those sissy things. Alligators can be without breath longer. He swallowd too soon. ---

GhaaaH! Note to self - Keep Kaa away from Sheba! :eek: Our gator is about seven feet and the python goes fifteen or so. I really don’t know which would win. Kaa is probably eight or nine inches across at his widest and Sheba must be close to eighteen. I think the 'gator has the advantage. I’ve seen them both suck down full grown chickens. (frozen and thawed) Heck, I’m not worried about them getting each other - I’m worried about _me_! ---
