# Q about the ''last visited'' time

Many times while trying to access the boards, I’ll get the dreaded “timeout” or “website not responding” errors. When I finally get through, the “you last visited” time reflects the time I made it through to the main page, not the boards.

Is there some way to modify this?

We’re more concerned with finding a solution to the time out problem, we’re a victim of our own success!

This sometimes happens when reading long threads. Frustrating as hell to not know what’s new since the last login. The timeout is too short.
