Spray a 12 muffin tin with cooking spray. In a large bowl combine:: 1 cup flour 1 cup oats 1/4 cup sugar 1Tablespoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon salt In a smaller bowl combine: 1 cup milk 1 egg 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well. Add 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries. Spoon the mix into the muffin tin. Bake 20 minutes. ---

I make my oatmeal with half milk/half water.
