Does anyone remember **Space Force**? Another SF comedy ripoff of Star Wars about the same time as Quark, it was only a pilot episode. I recorded it, the sound only (pre VCR days) on cassette, I think it is still in box somewhere. ---

I re-watched Police Squad a few years ago and it was as good as I remember. All 6 Eps were wonderful and extremely funny. I re-watch Barney Miller or WKRP and they hold up. But Best of the West seemed a little campy. I remember the Mom trying to sweep the floor to get all the dirt up to finally be told it was a dirt floor. ---

I watched the series during its original airing. I found this, still in its shrink wrap, at a thrift store for $3. I was willing to take a chance on it for that price. After watching the first four episodes I find this series on the same level as _Spaceballs_: mildly amusing but not outloud funny. The highlights have been Quark’s conversations with Ficus. They are parodies of conversations between Spock and McCoy. I’m glad I didn’t pay full price for this.
