**GMRyujin** - amongst our merry tribe of SDMB misfits, we generally apologize right up front for the nonsensical posts sure to follow. 😃 I’ve been pondering about this topic: should we know whether a convicted criminal will be moving next door to us? I think some sex offenders’ names are published, but what about other crimes? Do you have the right to be informed that a guy who served 10 years for assault is buying the house across the street from you? I have absolutely no idea why that topic entered my head. It’s FRIDAY at last - donuts and beer are on me! ---
