The two winners for the new year have been drawn and notified **(pseudofriend\_boobie\_boobie)**, so that brings to a close our give-aways for 2012. **TubaDiva** will take care of letting the winners know, and I appreciate everyone who took the trouble to enter. I loves mah **Dopers**!

I opened The Dope on Christmas morning, and there was a message telling me that I had won a subscription! What a wonderful way to start out my Christmas Day!
Thank you to Anonymous, because you have no idea how much I appreciate the gift!

Thanks to everyone for playing, and big thanks to all our generous friends who gifted Dopers with subscriptions. Dopers doing for other Dopers is such a beautiful thing.

How does one get to put their name in the hat?

And is this done for 2013?

I like the contest idea, so I would throw my name in for the heck of it. But I wouldn’t want anyone to pay for me because I want the word “Member” under my name. Winning a lottery, however, would be cool.

So, for anyone wanting a name for their contest, feel free to toss in Stink Fish Pot. Who knows? Maye I’ll enjoy the view from a Member’s POV.
