James Bond’s licence to kill is a grant from MI6 to break the law. As E Windsor, after centuries of Magna Carta and civil war , is under Law then Parliament by its Ministers gives her firepower . If she flies in to US from a Muslim country she has problems. “Eventually, the Department of State will issue the Queen a A visa, giving her permission to enter the United States. That document, along with possibly others, will be in a diplomatic packet that one of her aides will present to customs officials at her point of entry, and that packet will serve to validate her claim to be the Head of State of the United Kingdom, seeking to enter and visit within the territory of her close friend, the United States of America. It is highly likely that she will be greeted at her point of entry by the President or, if for some reason the President cannot be present, the Secretary of State.” The President is more likely at the Mexican border . ---

This [documentary film](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eoa2lzb3Jx8) reveals that the Queen in fact keeps a brick in her handbag…mostly for fighting off crazy dogs. ---

In 1770 Capt Cook gave Australia personally to George III and the first Governor said the South Pacific also is the monarch’s possession . The first Elizabeth’s nephew James I gave Massachusetts in 1623 all the land west to the Pacific . This is the basis for the symbolic Royal Arms .
