What is the origin of the song “Jingle Bells, Batman Smells”? Everyone knows this song, but nobody knows where it originated. Was it written by a disgruntled DC Comic writer? Any explanation would help.

Kids are kids
Kids like rhymes and kids loved Batman and kids like playing with classic songs.
We sang _God save our biscuit tin, don’t let the ants get in_ instead of _God save our gracious Queen, long live our noble Queen_ at monday morning assemblies when I was a little tacker.
The batman version of Jingle Bells has been immortalised by Bart Simpson but we thought we were clever singing that 30 years ago.
