I have been having a terrible time browsing here because of the banner ads that block the bottom of the page. They are hard to close and I usually end up opening them by accident instead. I tried installing adblock plus but now I still get some ads but most of the time there is just a white rectangle where the ads were. While you can read through it, it is still annoying. I did make sure the adblock was activated. Any suggestions? Is there a different ad blocker I should be using? ---

If you pony up for a membership, you get _no_ ads, just sayin’… I use 1Blocker for other forums and news sites ---

Purify for iPhone is good. I think I got that recommendation from reading this board. It cost about $2.99 I think, but it’s been great. No more little white rectangle at the bottom IME so far.
