As an act of revenge a woman soaks a tampon with hot sauce and shoves it up her boyfriend’s anus causing him great discomfort. Would that action really cause the victim such pain? ---

I imagine a dab of hot sauce on my anus would cause me some amount of discomfort never mind the added difficulties of having a tampon shoved up my ass. ---

I’d imagine it would. Capsaicin doesn’t care where that tender flesh is.
