I do want to add, I did talk about my experience with harassment and abuse in that thread, but I wasn’t making misandrist comments so I don’t really think his comments were aimed at me, but who knows what he was really thinking. I think he was mostly mad about Reddit. ---

FWIW, I don’t have the energy to make a good OP for a Great Debates thread on the subject, but I think such a thread could be interesting and illuminating. Holding folks to higher standards, and looking at both the interesting insights from the bear/man question and the shitty takes on the question, could make for a better thread than the one we had. Anyone up for starting it? ---
