In [this thread](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=497439), **Punintentional** stuck his head up his ass with a thread that **FluidDruid** classed as trolling and closed. Fluid, could you be persuaded to reopen the thread for a while? There was some good quality reaming of Pun going on that was quite amusing. Every once in a while, the SDMB hivemind really gets it going and this was one of those times. I hate to see it cut short. Purty pleaze? ---

If it wasn’t a trolling thread, I would. But as fun as it is to bat the idiots around, we really don’t want to reward trolls with attention and drama. ---

I didn’t understand **CarnalK** ’s list of putative “cites” for the notion that the SDMB is not the smartest board on the 'net. I mean the very first one on the list (a discussion of ass-wiping techniques) introduced to the world the term [Russian Roulette origami](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showpost.php?p=8522500&postcount=47). Take a bow, **Troy McClure SF**. That was some good stuff.
