I have the DVD of Dr. Horrible’s Sing Along Blog and it has a musical commentary track. There is a song by Nathan Fillion called “Better Than Neil” which is all about why he’s better than Neil Patrick Harris. Anyway, there is a lyric:

\*NEIL PLAYED A KID DOCTOR
WELL, SO DID I, DUDE
BUT I WAS MUCH YOUNGER
AND TOTALLY NUDE
NEIL KEPT THAT WHITE COAT ON
GREAT, DOCTOR PRUDE \*

What role is he talking about? What nude kid doctor did Nathan Fillion play?

I think he’s talking about “playing doctor” as a child.
