Can you be any more specific in your question?

It sounds as if you are asking for a 200 page dissertation on the various types of policies in the various types of governments across the globe. I don’t have time for that unless I get paid for it…

Answering this this question could fill a four-year college course. I’m closing it at the request of the originator.

But . . .

Try this link for an explanation of the [Political Spectrum](http://www.geocities.com/Athens/Acropolis/2606/pol_spec.htm) and this link for an extensive survey on [Comparative Government](http://www.questia.com/PM.qst?action=openPageViewer&docId=28632047) (this link is to the title page of a 200+ page on-line text book - I’m afraid it doesn’t get any simpler than that and you’ll need a subscription to read more than the first page of each chapter). Finally, the [CIA 2002 Factbook](http://www.cia.gov/cia/publications/factbook/index.html) will tell you the form of government every country has adopted.
