# Question about new underqualified judges

I didn’t think anything was _untrue_. I just didn’t think that judges (federal judges, at least) could rely on clerks all that much for advice on what to do in any given situation, since the clerks probably graduated from law school about five minutes ago.

And appellate judges don’t need that much procedural experience.

We’ll need a fast-track judge impeachment process put into place for possibly 5 full years.

Needs to be a 30 days maximum process… bench-to-jail… solitary confinement, no electronic privileges for life…  
unless they resign in a way that prevents them from ever serving on either a bench in any capacity… or in any state or in any public office until death.
