The bags with the fliers left the hotel before the SWAT team entered the hotel. On the DVD commentary, Soderbergh admits this is a plot hole that can’t be explained away.

Another question: Why is Don Cheadle not in the credits? He also doesn’t appear in the “cast and crew” feature on the DVD.

He wasn’t happy with the production or something like that. He asked to be left off.

Cite? He sure seemed happy enough about it to be included in the “making of” feature on the DVD (which I realize was filmed prior to the release of the film).
