# Question about the "Can I make a no-fly zone" thing.

According to the column it says that you only can do anything about the are over the house you use and enjoy. DOes that mean (hypothetically) if you have a large bird, trained to stay in the property lines of your house, and it can fly as high as an airplane, then you can declare a no-fly zone in that area?
