# Question about the search function.

Is there a way to specify, when searching for a member, that you only want the results to include the thread starter (OP) rather than every thread that member has posted in?

under “Search Forum” in options, I tried searching for me using the “Search titles only” thinking that would only give my OPs.

Wrong!

I had to try. (I guess that’s what you found, too, huh?

Have you tried [BoardReader](http://www.boardreader.com/)?

Still no OP only search, but you have a few options.
