# Question about use of quoted material

I have a question about a passage from a book I’m reading at the moment. To get the most accurate answer from the folks I would prefer to show the passage and ask about it, rather than try to extract the guts of the material, say it in my own words, and ask my questions.

I would obviously attribute the material etc.

I’ve read the rules but I would like to be sure one way or another. Is this doable or should I try to paraphrase?

Using more than 2 paragraphs is generally not allowed.

So paraphrasing will probably be needed.
