Why do women in bars and clubs _ **act** _ as if they are lesbians, even if they aren’t? This happens mostly on the dance floors. They are always “dirty dancing” with one another and such. They really get into it. Ok, so maybe they are just having fun, but it’s kind of off-putting, regardless. ---

I’ve heard that they do it when there is a man they hae absolutely _no_ interest in dancing with or even being around. I’ve never seen this, but if you have, well…you figure it out. ---

Because guys in general dig it. You seem to be the exception to the rule. Also, it’s a lot safer to do that with another woman than some random guy you don’t know from Adam. ---

xizor, I’m gonna have to back MSK up here, I’ve seen it often enough on the dance floor. I guess that we’re just providing confirmation of thinksnow’s theory. I don’t agree with MSK’s conclusion though… it isn’t off-putting, it’s fun to watch. ---

I think a lot of women do it because they want to dance with their friends and don’t know any other way to dance. Sometimes women also do it if a creepy guy is trying to dance with them and they want him to think “Oh, she already has a dance partner, I should go crawl back under my rock now.” But I think this plan usually backfires and make the creepy guy think “Hot damn, maybe these chicks will have a threesome with me!” instead. ---
