Of course I do. That’s what people do, and you can be damn sure that 90% of the "oh my god"s and "jesus christ"s coming out of people’s mouth have nothing to do with religion. To those in this thread who are trying to refrain from using religious cussing: why? There is no god! Who cares if you’re using it as a curse? ---

Like the rest, I use them when I swear – godDAMNit is my general all-purpose exclamation when I’m disappointed with something, and when I read something really appalling, I say “Jesus!”. –Cliffy ---

I’ll use “Holy shit!” or variants on that, and “Jesus Fucking Christ” for if I manage to hurt myself in some way. Sadly, that’s all too often ☹😛 ---

Yes, I will use phrases like “Oh…My…God”, and goddammit a lot. (Goddammit pronounced like Kyle on South Park does, not as godDAMNit) Don’t really use Jesus, hell, or holy that much, if it all. Ever since we had some Indian developers here we occasionally say ganeshadammit. ---

Yes. All the time. At one time I thought I should break the habit, but since I don’t really care, I don’t feel the need. By the way I’m an agnostic. I figure if there is, indeed, a god, why the hell would he/she/it/them be bothered if I say, “goddammit?” Seems like a silly thing to get upset about when there’s murdering and raping going on in the world. ---

Sure. After all, I drive a Mazda. I have trained myself to say “gesundheit” instead of “bless you,” but that was mostly for a lark. It’s not something I worry about much, even when I pause to think about the irony.
