I recently ordered the Eraserhead dvd from [Davidlynch.com](http://Davidlynch.com). Well, it wasn’t that recently. It was a month or two ago. I didn’t get it yet. There doesn’t seem to be any contact option on that site at all! However I am not a payed member of the site. Has anyone ordered from there before, been there before, know how to contact someone over there or anything? ---

Man I like Lynch, but that site is another reason why Flash should be outlawed. Are you sure that your credit card was charged? ---

I got the DVD a few months ago. IIRC, it arrived in about 14 days. The part that sucks is that it comes in an 8"x8" box that won’t fit most DVD shelves. ---

let me know if you get it in good condition. I’ve been thinking about ordering it also. I am suspicious of the fact that it doesn’t seem to be available through any other venue. ---

I love _Eraserhead_, but Lynch’s price is way too much. Anyway, he delayed the release so much that I bought the Australian DVD, which I’m very happy with. If you own a code free DVD player, you can pick the Aussie disc up on Ebay for $18-$22. ---

Yeah, I emailed a David Lynch fan site in order to get the contact info for his official site. They responded pretty quick. No, my card had not been charged which is one reason why I wanted to get in touch with someone over there, to find out if the order went through and they just didn’t ship it yet, or what. Well, they never got the order. So no, it didn’t go through. When they responded to me they included a customer service phone number. So I’m going to try and order it again by phone this time and hope that way it actually goes through. ---

Oh and I agree that price is pretty steep but I almost never buy movies so I figured one splurge makes up for it.
