# Question for Instacart workers

If you are a grocery store picker only (no delivery), what information do you receive about the customer?

I’ve been doing store pick up at a couple of more local stores where shoppers are employees, but the big chain uses Instacart. Unfortunately, I have a few clients who reside in my general area, who Instacart, and who despise me. Suffice it to say, I’ve been avoiding any dealings with anyone who uses Instacart.
