I know, however, of people who have no problem with fish suddenly (in a manner of speaking) sprouting legs, for example. 😛 ---

OK, then the baseballs I played with when I was a kid were probably horsehide, which is when my parents would have been in a position to say I couldn’t. Lots of Jewish kids played baseball. I don’t watch that much baseball anymore, not even the world series games. New York is a baseball state, Indiana isn’t. ---

Some people seem to be really sensitive about images of pigs, for whatever reason. The firm that prints the international edition of the NYT blacked out pigs’ faces earlier this year. [http://www.bbc.com/news/blogs-news-from-elsewhere-25884523](http://www.bbc.com/news/blogs-news-from-elsewhere-25884523) The pigs were being raised to be eaten, but it was the faces, not the tasty bits, that were blacked out.
