I can see why **Leaffan** might get concerned about anything that even remotely resembles stalking. You see, itā€™s one thing if youā€™re a member of a persecuted minority group that has millions, or even thousands of members. But itā€™s quite a different matter when thereā€™s only four of you left (and two have yet to reach their teens).šŸ˜‰ ETA: My excuse? A Torontonian most of my life, I, too, was damaged during the hell of Harold Ballardā€™s reign. ---

Harassment (which is how the OPā€™s behavior looked) would be an exception and a situation where itā€™s important to tell the other mods - because it might not be so obvious if itā€™s spread out across several forums over the course of a few months. ---

So now I can really confuse myself. Iā€™m still trying to get my head around a sports team calling themselfs the ā€œLeafsā€ or whatever. However, I donā€™t want Twickster chasing me so I had better not say anything further. ---

The maple leaf has long been a national symbol of Canada, even before the current Canadian flag that was adopted in 1965. Naming a team after a national symbol isnā€™t really very odd, is it? The grammatical error is purposeful.
