# Question for USC Football Mavens: Mark Sanchez?

I see that USC starting quarterback Mark Sanchez is going pro…how good is he?  
Do you expect him to be a big success in the NFL?

It was moved from Cafe Society, so I’m going to guess that one of the mods is doing an “all sports threads to The Game Room” cleanup, and when it gets moved, it gets bumped.

No, that was a joke. The thread was started this morning. **Drain Bead** was noting that the OP said “Sanchez is going pro” rather than “Sanchez was drafted number five by the Jets” and has apparently missed all the analysis of his game before and after the draft.

He’s a Jets draft pick, so chances are he’ll suck real bad.

He’s also a one-year wonder, which doesn’t improve his odds of non-suckage very much.
