Are we allowed to start threads concerning betting pools regarding the swiftness with which certain members will be banned/suspended?

Those kind of taunting posts, along with “pull up a lawnchair/sell popcorn,” etc., don’t ever add anything of substance to a situation and often just escalate tension/aggravation. So please refrain.
