The conversation here wasn’t about why people might not like interracial scenes, it’s about not liking an actress who _does_ interracial scenes. That’s a little tougher to argue as anything other than racist. That said, I’m not entirely sure this is a real, signficant effect. Especially since most of the “big name” stars I can name definitely do interracial scenes. I have a suspicion that it’s a back justification some performers give simply because they don’t want to do interracial scenes but don’t want to sound racist. I’m not sure there’s anything wrong with that – porn isn’t always particularly pleasant, easy work, there are some legitimate cultural differences that could make crossing that line scary, and I’ve heard that interracial shoots can have a very unpleasant exploitative and misogynistic vibe. That said, I’ve also seen porn stars say things that are just straight-up racist. So there’s that. ---

If you are afraid another man can steal your woman then either find another woman (because you cannot trust her) or be a scary man so the other men will be afraid of stealing your wimmen. ---

The white men are feeling insecure on a subconscious level because of the cultural stereotype of black men having large genitalia and being good in bed. They don’t want to feel this when they are watching porn, so they don’t flock to the interracial variety-as a whole. ---

On another forum I frequent, someone in the porn industry had an “Ask the porn director” thread, and while he hadn’t personally worked with any performers who refused inter-racial, he knew/heard of one or two. He said their reasoning wasn’t that they were racist (or if they were, they hid it well behind other reasons,) but they were offended that almost all inter-racial porn is racist and misogynistic. While you do have the occasional non-white guy in an “average” porn movie, most black (because let’s face it, Hispanic/Latino are usually still counted as “white guys,” and there are very, very, VERY few Asian men in straight porn) male porn stars are stuck in starring in inter-racial porn, most of which follows a theme. It’s always “BIG BLACK COCKS in tiny white women!” or, “Jungle Fever 4: These women go black, _and they don’t go back!_” or, “BIG BLACK COCKS IN tiny Asian women!” And the “dialogue” isn’t much better. It’s always about the BIG, POWERFUL, HUNG black guy DOMINATING the little white/Asian woman. Which isn’t to say that non-inter-racial porn doesn’t have that, but there’s plenty of porn that isn’t like that, too. It’s a lot harder to find inter-racial porn that doesn’t follow the same pattern. ---

I watch interracial porn almost exclusively and while I won’t deny there is some of that the main focus is women with huge asses, to the point of being chubby in some cases. That’s why there is such huge interest in getting Alexis Texas to do interracial, it’s because she has a huge ass not because she’s a tiny white girl. ---

I understand not wanting to watch interracial porn (which is a subset of “porn featuring people apparently of different races fuckin’”), but to say that once a star you like has fucked – or, since we’re talking mainstream porn here, been fucked by – a black guy, you’ll never watch her in anything, or vice versa, again? I didn’t realize the idea of that sort of taintedness still survived. ---
